I bought dandelion greens for the first time and am adding them to my smoothies. Can’t even taste them (not that they taste bad) and they have a detoxifying effect. Next–want to get my hands on some Ramps, a leafy green with tiny bulbs I never knew existed. One of the first greens to grow in the spring, all of it is edible.
I was never so into food until I became a vegan. That’s a good thing, by the way.
